Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience in Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics, or equivalent.
Expert-level Python skills with experience in AI development, analytics, automation, and scalable monitoring platforms.
Willingness to work onsite in Bangalore or Hyderabad on mid-shift (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM), Monday to Friday.
Work Experience Required: 7+ years as explicitly stated.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated leadership in large-scale AI modernization initiatives and enterprise transformation programs.
Strong expertise with Agentic AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG frameworks, cloud (GCP) migration, and SAS-to-Python transition.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration in matrixed organizations with risk, compliance, and technology components.
