Lead and oversee all tax matters across India and Pakistan, including Corporate Income Tax, Indirect Taxes, Employment Taxes, and Transfer Pricing.
Manage tax audits, disputes, compliance, risk management, and governance through internal teams, external advisers, and joint venture arrangements.

Experienced in managing complex multinational tax compliance, governance, and operational delivery models including outsourced and joint venture arrangements.
Proven ability to provide commercially focused tax advice directly to senior business leaders and influence cross-functional teams.
Strategic operator comfortable with multi-jurisdictional tax issues, tax controversy management, and leading change in tax processes and frameworks.
