Oversee and manage all Oracle Database environments including backup, security, patches, installations, and account administration.
Conduct performance monitoring, tuning, and provide administration support for Oracle-based applications including Oracle E-Business Suite APPS.
Develop and maintain industry-compliant SOPs, documentation, and participate in IT initiatives, owning critical project tasks.
Minimum Requirements
8 to 12 years of experience in Oracle Database management and administration.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Experience with Oracle backup, security, patches, installations, and performance tuning; Oracle E-Business Suite APPS DBA experience required.
Familiarity with automation (Ansible), scripting, and exposure to MySQL, MongoDB, and SQL Server is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in Oracle Database environments including business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
Experience leading IT projects and mentoring junior staff with an emphasis on accountability.
Comfortable managing automation in database administration and integrating new developments with existing systems in a clinical research context.
