Write, design, and develop high-quality code primarily in Java and Spring Boot based stack with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with onshore/offshore development teams, conduct peer code reviews, and act as SME for senior stakeholders.
Evaluate and adopt new development tools and practices to improve delivery quality and maintain user-facing documentation.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of relevant experience in software application development and systems analysis.
Proficient in Java, Spring Framework (including Spring Boot, Security, Web, Data), and related technologies such as JUnit, Mockito, Integration and Performance Testing.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with UI/UX design, AngularJS, SQL (preferably DB2/Oracle), Kubernetes, Docker, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing cloud-ready, microservices-based applications and working in Agile SDLC environments.
Strong understanding of design patterns, coding standards, and new development methodologies like DevOps and Behavior Driven Development.
Capable of independently resolving issues, mentoring junior team members, and interacting with senior stakeholders effectively.
