Own and manage Lytx's global IT asset management program covering hardware and software asset lifecycles and enterprise CMDB governance.
Ensure asset accuracy, compliance, and actionable data aligned with ISO 27001 and SOC2 frameworks, including audit readiness and cross-functional coordination.
Lead evaluation and onboarding of enterprise CMDB platform, extend configuration item coverage cloud and hybrid environments, and produce management reports and dashboards.
Minimum 5+ years experience in enterprise IT Asset Management, covering both hardware and software.
Hands-on experience with CMDB platform governance, CI data quality, and discovery tools such as ServiceNow Discovery or Lansweeper.
Familiarity with ISO 27001 and SOC2 compliance related to asset and configuration management controls.
Ability to work flexible hours overlapping with San Diego (Pacific Time); Excellent English communication skills.
Proven leader able to influence and drive enterprise-wide ITAM standards and cross-business stakeholder alignment.
Strong technical expertise in ITSM/ITAM platforms (Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar) with practical experience in CMDB platform evaluation and extension.
Experienced with ITIL best practices for Asset and Configuration Management and capable of managing compliance and audit readiness at the enterprise level.
