Own end-to-end tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of GMV and revenue across all business channels with regular performance dashboards.
Lead onboarding of new revenue streams and commercial constructs including defining accounting flows and ensuring seamless system integration.
Manage external and internal audit queries related to GMV and revenue metrics and resolve reporting discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
CA qualification mandatory.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in financial reporting, analysis or core accounting, preferably with Big 4 experience.
Advanced SQL and Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI and ERPs such as SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle required.
Proven experience managing external/internal audit cycles and complex data requests under tight deadlines.
Experience with high-volume transactional data and revenue recognition compliance is critical.
Comfortable interfacing with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Tech, Business Finance, Tax, and Legal for reporting integration and query management.
Able to translate complex accounting logic into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders, indicating strong communication skills bridging finance and business strategy.
