Lead end-to-end implementation of Autodesk PDM/PLM solutions including discovery, design, configuration, scripting, deployment, testing, and rollout for manufacturing customers.
Work directly with customers to analyze engineering/business needs and translate them into tailored product data management and lifecycle management workflows.
Drive customer success by providing coaching, mentoring, adoption support, and collaborating on continuous improvement and technical issue resolution.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Design and Manufacturing with strong expertise in PDM/PLM concepts and workflows.
Proficiency with Autodesk Vault, Vault Enterprise Add-on (VAO), Fusion 360 Manage, FlexSim, Autodesk Inventor, SQL administration, and scripting/automation.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Experience leading complex PDM/PLM implementations within large-scale enterprise manufacturing or automotive environments.
Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills including ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and mentor customers/partners.
Technical aptitude across Autodesk manufacturing technologies and competitive CAD solutions with a strategic focus on digital transformation and process modernization.
