Demonstrated ability to manage compliance and credentialing processes end-to-end, ensuring zero non-eligible submissions and maintaining retention through assignment milestones.
Familiarity with US healthcare clinical specialties (e.g., RN ICU/ER, LPN, PT/OT) and associated credentialing requirements, capable of coordinating direct client negotiations and contract management.
