Minimum Requirements
Graduate degree required.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in team and people management.
Experience in US insurance industry and processes preferred but not mandatory.
Hybrid work in Gurgaon with requirement to be in office at least three days a week; willingness to work in specified shifts (1pm-10pm, 6:30pm-3:30am, or 5:30pm-2:30am).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in operational leadership within insurance, preferably with exposure to US/global insurance broking.
Strong program and project management skills, including managing organizational level projects and transitions.
Experience or interest in automation/AI programs and continuous improvement initiatives in insurance operations.
