Flexible to work weekends or rotational shifts.

Experience operating within SLA-driven, deadline-oriented data production or market research environments.
Demonstrated ability to independently handle routine operational tasks and escalate appropriately.
Basic knowledge or interest in automation tools such as Google Apps Script, Python, or similar workflow automation solutions.
