Ensure optimal performance, stability, and early issue detection of multiple manufacturing systems including PAS-X using monitoring and predictive analytics tools.
Drive automation, CI/CD deployment practices, and support migration to cloud-based PAS-X Core3 systems to enhance scalability and reliability globally.
Apply AI-enabled problem-solving and DevOps practices to manage incidents end-to-end, enabling continuous improvement and mentoring junior MES analysts.
Minimum 3 years of experience in application support and maintenance (L2/L3) including Manufacturing Execution System support, preferably Werum PAS-X.
Experience with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and scripting (PowerShell, MS PowerApps, or Power Automate).
Strong skills in .NET applications, Oracle or SQL Server databases, ITIL process adherence, and IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).
Undergraduate degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent technical qualification.
Technical operator with broad expertise across MES, cloud enablement, and automation to reduce downtime and improve manufacturing system resilience.
Experienced in collaborative Agile/DevOps environments with ability to mentor juniors and coordinate with global teams and vendors.
Domain understanding in regulated environments with interest or experience in pharma manufacturing, quality standards (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) is a plus but not mandatory.
