Provide comprehensive global SAP Global Trade System (GTS) functional services including support for trade processes, embargo management, and Denied Party Screening.
Lead business projects and continuous improvements from requirements analysis, functional solution design, testing, to go-live support including cut-over and hyper care phases.
Conduct workshops and training for requirement gathering and knowledge transfer, handle 3rd level support incidents, and support system upgrades and integrations.
Minimum 7+ years experience in SAP GTS functional roles with solution expertise including SAP GTS Edition for Hana.
Academic degree in Business Administration, Informatics, or certified IT education with minimum 10+ years in IT processes and ITIL knowledge.
Proven experience with IT Service Management processes (software change, release, application management).
On-site work location in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Strong expertise in SAP GTS including debugging, integration with SAP and non-SAP systems, and handling Foreign Trade Zone management within GTS.
Experienced in end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering through solution design, testing, and deployment in a global corporate context.
Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders to influence IT strategy alignment and provide robust support in a complex multinational environment.
