Lead Software Engineer - Java Full Stack

Lead design, development, and troubleshooting of Java full-stack software solutions with strong focus on system stability, scalability, and security.

Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes while establishing validation standards and promoting reuse.

Take part in strategic planning and deliver business value through project estimation, robust code delivery with zero post-production issues, and quality improvements including reviews and standards.

5+ years of applied experience in software engineering with hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, microservices, React JS, Kafka, CI/CD, and AWS cloud.

Formal degree or certification in software engineering concepts.

Experience with system design, testing, operational stability, and agile methodologies including CI/CD, resilience, and security.

Demonstrated experience leading AI-assisted software development tools and responsible AI use in engineering workflows.

Experienced in designing and delivering complex, large-scale Java-based microservices and micro-frontend applications within a corporate environment.

Able to drive AI-assisted software tools adoption with the ability to coach teams on secure and compliant engineering practices.

Strong collaboration skills to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including business and operations, and contribute to strategic organizational goals.
