Support and manage outsourcing activities including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, vendor monitoring, and escalation of vendor-related risks.
Contribute to vendor contract review, negotiation preparation, issue resolution, and maintain strong vendor relationships to enhance collaboration and mitigate risks.
Assist in reporting, governance forums, and alignment of Vendor Management activities with organizational goals including supporting budgeting and cost oversight.
Experience in Outsourcing, Vendor Management, procurement, supply chain management, or related fields; 3+ years preferred.
Understanding or experience in compliance, controls, or operational risk and issue resolution in vendor relationships.
Basic financial principles and budgeting knowledge relevant to Vendor Management.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Experienced in supporting vendor relationship management, risk identification and mitigation, and vendor performance analysis.
Comfortable working across teams and geographic locations with strong interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with project management, change management in Agile environments, and relevant outsourcing/vendor management technologies.
