Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial design, product design, or similar.
8+ years of hands-on product design experience including several years in project and team leadership.
Experience working at a design agency with deep user-centered design and strategy skills for physical and digital products.
Mandatory Skills: Product Management Consulting; Work Experience Required: 5-8 years.

Experienced in leading design projects and teams in fast-paced, multi-project environments with excellent time management.
Strong capability in rapid ideation, visualization, and iterative refinement of design concepts using analog and digital tools.
Proven ability to present design rationale strategically and create business development materials related to product design.
