Administer and operate AI platforms including ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, KNIME Server/Business Hub, and Alteryx Server, ensuring platform health and availability.

Minimum 3 years of systems engineering or platform administration experience.
Experience with enterprise SaaS platform administration, especially ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, KNIME and/or Alteryx server/business hub.
Working knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD, SSO, SCIM, MFA, OpenAI and Claude APIs; experience with PowerShell and Python automation; experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Experienced in managing AI platform environments with operational ownership of deployment, monitoring, and incident management.
Comfortable working in a multi-geography, follow-the-sun support model, collaborating closely with product management and vendor teams.
Skilled in platform automation, integration with enterprise collaboration tools, and ensuring enterprise security and compliance controls.
