Design, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Quality Management solutions covering inspection processes, quality notifications, batch and material quality controls, and quality certificates.
Own end-to-end delivery including requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, validation support, and operational excellence in FDA and GxP regulated environments.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Laboratory, and Enterprise Platform teams to ensure integrated and compliant quality processes, leveraging AI, GenAI, automation, and cloud technologies to enhance quality management.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
5–7+ years of SAP Quality Management experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
Strong experience in Inspection Management, Quality Notifications, Batch Management, Quality Master Data, Quality Certificates, and supporting FDA-regulated and GxP-compliant environments including ITQS/ITQA documentation and validation.
Experience with SAP QM integration across PP/PI, MM, IM, WM/EWM, MES, LIMS, and supporting SDLC, validation, testing, deployment, and operational support activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in SAP Quality Management in regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environments with demonstrated ability to deliver compliant solutions.
Experienced in applying AI/GenAI, automation, process mining, and analytics within SAP QM or quality processes to drive operational efficiency and compliance improvements.
Strong collaborator able to influence cross-functional teams including Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, and external partners while managing enterprise-scale SAP QM programs and digital transformation initiatives.
