Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (relevant field) with 8+ years related experience, or advanced degree with 6+ years, or equivalent work experience.
Exposure to project management methodologies such as PMP or PMI.
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Visio, Lucidchart; exposure to Jira, Salesforce, Qualtrics, PowerBI preferred.
Experience managing client expectations, assessing project risks, and implementing process improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing operational programs and transitions within financial services or enterprise software environments.
Strong analytical background with demonstrated ability to design financial models (What-if P&L and resource allocation).
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication with a client-first approach.
