Analyze business processes and data to identify improvements and increase organizational effectiveness.
Develop, analyze, and publish business performance reports, including periodic and ad hoc reports, highlighting deviations and anomalies.

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of 2 years operational and/or data analysis experience.
Experience with database structures, standard query, and reporting tools (explicit SQL experience preferred).

Experienced in manipulating large datasets and proficient with Excel and SQL, with additional skills in Power BI or Tableau preferred.
Capable of translating complex business issues into diagnostic/decision support tools and providing consultative analytics support.
Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment requiring periodic onsite presence in specified locations.
