Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record in hands-on leadership of quality strategy and process establishment from the ground up, with a data-driven approach using methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, Six Sigma, or SPC.
Experience working with AI, machine learning, computer vision, or robotics data-labeling operations at a Petabyte scale, collaborating with research teams.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a high-growth, startup or manufacturing environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
