Packaging- Assistant Manager - Marketing

Manage key accounts by establishing and maintaining strong business relationships to generate repeat and new orders.

Coordinate with customers and plant operations to ensure timely dispatch of goods and efficient order execution.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets including market exploration and competitor analysis.

Graduate degree required; MBA or PGDBM preferred.

5-10 years relevant experience in Flexible Sales mandatory.

Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Primary work location in Bengaluru, India.

Experienced in flexible packaging sales with a focus on key account management and order generation.

Capable of handling operational coordination between multiple departments and managing customer payment follow-ups.

Comfortable working under pressure with attention to detail and ability to meet fluctuating deadlines.
