Configure and maintain ERP solutions and modules to meet business needs, acting as primary SME for ERP and CRM tools.
Analyze current processes and design optimized solutions with business process mapping for standardization and continuous improvement.
Develop documentation such as BRDs, SOPs, and FRDs; create reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making; and provide training and issue resolution support.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or related quantitative fields.
Minimum of six years relevant experience in a pricing role.
Experience with ERP tools (SAP, JDE), Excel, SAS, SQL, Power BI or Tableau, and business process mapping software (e.g., Visio).
Work Experience Required: At least 6 years in pricing role.
Experienced in pricing domain with deep knowledge of ERP and CRM system administration and configuration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
Capable of cross-functional collaboration and effective communication across teams to implement process improvements and support decision-making.
