Own end-to-end IT operations for 100+ employees across two offices — device procurement, configuration, deployment, and secure disposal, plus SaaS tool administration.
Implement and maintain technical security controls to support ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type I certification, including MDM policy enforcement, identity/access management, and GCP/cloud security configurations.
Manage network and office security, including VLAN segmentation, VPN deployment, web filtering, and maintaining audit-ready evidence and compliance documentation.
5+ years of experience in IT admin, IT operations, or junior security engineer role.
Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf, Kandji, Microsoft Intune, or equivalent.
Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 at an organisational level and familiarity with GCP or AWS IAM, VPC, storage, and audit log configurations.
Familiarity with identity providers and SSO (Okta, Google Workspace, Azure AD) and endpoint security fundamentals (disk encryption, EDR, antivirus, patch management).
Experienced working independently in fast-moving startup environments owning end-to-end IT and security tasks without large team support.
Skilled in maintaining detailed compliance and audit evidence for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification processes.
Capable of managing both operational IT tasks and strategic security implementations involving cloud, network, identity, and device endpoint management.
