Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard and report development.
Proficiency with one or more adjacent tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, advanced Excel, or Excel macros/VBA; strong written and spoken English for stakeholder collaboration.
Experienced in translating complex business questions into data-driven dashboards and automation solutions within global, cross-functional teams.
Comfortable managing data quality, validation, and reporting accuracy with an ownership mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Adaptable learner with demonstrated resilience, self-motivation, and ability to operate in a hybrid work environment supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
