Maintain and optimize content including taxonomy, metadata, version control, and quality standards across enablement platforms like Highspot, Oracle LMS, and SharePoint.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in enablement, content management, sales operations, and/or learning & development roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 required.
Position requires 100% onsite work in office location.
Experience auditing and managing content with strong skills in taxonomy, metadata, tagging, and version control in content management systems.
Comfortable working with cross-functional and global teams, including managing collaborative feedback cycles across onshore and offshore teams.
Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with familiarity or interest in instructional design models and basic video editing.
