Analyst/Senior Analyst, Investment Operations

Manage end-to-end investment operations lifecycle including trade support, settlement, reconciliation, corporate actions, and cash management across Fixed Income, Equity, FX, Derivatives, and Multi-Asset portfolios.

Oversee and act as key contact for outsourced service providers and custodians ensuring operational controls, timely issue resolution, and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives leveraging tools like Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, VBA, and investment platforms; contribute to strategic operational transformation projects.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

3-7 years experience in Asset Management with focus on Middle Office or Investment Operations and understanding of end-to-end investment lifecycle.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience or familiarity with Bloomberg, Aladdin, and other investment management systems preferred.

Work Experience Required: 3-7 years within relevant asset management functions.

Experienced in managing complex operational functions supporting multi-asset class portfolios including Fixed Income, Equities, FX, and Derivatives.

Comfortable operating as a liaison across internal teams and external service providers, managing escalations and ensuring operational risk mitigation.

Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process automation and efficiency improvements using technical tools and investment platform expertise.
