Senior Manager - Order Fulfillment - FC Operations

Lead end-to-end order fulfillment across multiple distribution centers and third-party logistics providers, ensuring targets for on-time shipment, customer service, and order cycle time are met.

Manage multi-site operations with standardized processes, capacity planning, safety, quality, and compliance oversight across regional and national networks.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, digital adoption, cost optimization, and lead a team of regional fulfillment and warehouse managers for high performance.

Bachelor's degree mandatory; MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, or related field is desirable.

15+ years of progressive supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership managing multi-site fulfillment operations.

Strong experience with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), and supply chain technology platforms.

Work Experience Required: 15+ years including 5+ years in senior leadership.

Experienced leader with proven track record managing large distribution center networks and third-party logistics providers at scale.

Strong operational expertise in fulfillment processes balancing cost, service, inventory accuracy, and productivity across multiple sites.

Comfortable driving digital transformation, process standardization, and financial management in supply chain operations, with stakeholder collaboration skills.
