Location: Pune, India; working hours 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST; in-office role.
Experienced in managing complex multi-country payrolls with strong analytical and detail orientation to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Demonstrated ability in process improvement and quality management within payroll functions, including stakeholder and vendor collaboration.
Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with changing priorities, leveraging AI technologies to improve payroll workflows and decision-making.
