Senior Web Platform Engineer

Own the design, architecture, and operational responsibility of a new multi-tenant web platform built on Payload and Next.js serving thousands of healthcare client websites.

Develop and maintain critical features including multi-tenancy isolation, PostgreSQL data modeling, infrastructure architecture on AWS, automated tenant provisioning, and a block-based visual editor for non-technical users.

Ensure platform long-term health by owning security, compliance, performance (SEO, Core Web Vitals), and integration with internal systems, while collaborating closely with DevOps who will operate the platform.

Expert-level production experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js backend engineering for APIs and access control.
