Own production support and ensure stability and availability of applications in live environments.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code using tools like Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Implement and maintain observability, monitoring, and incident management practices to uphold system reliability and performance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in production support and DevOps-related roles.
Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket), containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Instana), and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
Basic to intermediate programming skills in one or more languages such as Angular, TypeScript, Python, or Node.js.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing production application operations and troubleshooting in live systems with familiarity in implementing SRE principles.
Practical knowledge in deploying and automating infrastructure with DevOps and container orchestration tools in microservices architecture environments.
Comfortable working with observability frameworks and incident response processes to improve system reliability and performance.
