Minimum Requirements
7 - 8 years of experience in performance engineering/testing roles.
Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner web-services and web protocols; familiarity with other load and automation tools is beneficial.
Knowledge and experience analyzing systems including Load-balancer, WebServer, AppServer, MS-SQL & Oracle Database.
Location requirement: Chennai, India.

Experienced in performance engineering leadership with capability to manage multiple projects and resolve complex system performance issues.
Technically proficient with LoadRunner and system components like databases, application servers, and relevant monitoring tools (NewRelic, Kubernetes).
Capable of mentoring technical teams and influencing stakeholders to implement performance improvements.
