Own the technical onboarding and integration of the Anthropic Claude AI platform, including configuration of tenant, API gateway, SSO, SOC/SIEM, and observability across UAT, staging, and production.
Lead the knowledge-transfer process from outgoing providers, producing operational runbooks and documentation; serve as architecture-level escalation point for L1.5/L2 support and incident management.
Administer the Anthropic platform and related products, support governance through AI Review Board participation and RBAC rollout, and deliver medium to large consulting engagements related to AI solution design and integration.

Work Experience Required: 8+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience with a BA/BS degree.
Experienced in leading complex technical onboarding and knowledge-transfer initiatives for AI or SaaS platforms in enterprise environments.
Capable of operating as an escalation point for complex L1.5/L2 support and incident resolution, with strong stakeholder interaction skills.
Familiarity with AI platform administration, governance processes, FinOps practices for AI usage reporting, and consulting-track AI engagements.
