Lead and supervise a team responsible for day-to-day administration, support, and governance of the Zycus Source-to-Pay platform.
Manage system operations including issue resolution, release planning, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization aligned with procurement functions.
Drive user adoption, service quality, team performance, system enhancements, and maintain compliance with policies and controls.
8 to 14 years of experience administering or supporting Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, or procurement technology platforms.
At least 2 years of experience leading or supervising teams, projects, or support functions.
Hands-on experience with Zycus strongly preferred; experience with other procurement platforms like Coupa, SAP Ariba, or Oracle Procurement Cloud may be considered.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Deep functional knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes including requisitioning, purchasing, invoicing, supplier onboarding, sourcing, catalog, and contract management.
Proven leadership capability managing teams and coordinating cross-functional priorities in a high volume, global environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience in system configuration governance, issue escalation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
