10+ years industry experience delivering robust, production-grade AI/ML solutions; 5+ years in agile environments; 2+ years leading technical teams in applied AI/ML.
Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, C++, C#, data engineering (ETL/data pipelines), production RAG and agentic AI solutions, LangChain/LangGraph, and AI coding assistant integration.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years in AI/ML solution development with leadership and deployment in production systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader comfortable maintaining hands-on coding and architecture ownership while mentoring and growing a team in applied AI/ML settings.
Strong background in deploying AI/ML solutions in life sciences, genomics, healthcare, or regulated environments, familiar with domain-specific challenges.
Expertise in full AI/ML lifecycle including LLM orchestration, agentic AI workflows, and integration with enterprise platforms under fast-paced, collaborative, agile processes.
