Product Manager - AI Services

Own and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap for shared AI Services used by multiple internal product and engineering teams.

Gather, consolidate, and translate cross-functional AI capability needs into clear, testable requirements and guide development and adoption.

Track usage and key metrics to optimize AI services impact, maintain backward compatibility, and grow capabilities aligned with technology and market trends.

Minimum 5 years of software product management experience, including ownership of a platform, API, or shared-services product.

Undergraduate or master's degree in computer science or related discipline.

Proven experience deploying and scaling AI-powered production capabilities across cross-functional teams.

Fluent English proficiency.

Experienced in managing AI platform or shared-service products bridging platform and consumer product teams in a large global organization.

Skilled at balancing multiple stakeholder priorities with long-term strategic AI objectives.

Strong communicator with ability to liaise between technical and business teams to drive AI adoption and success.
