Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in Iteration Manager (RTE), Release Train Engineer, or Project Manager (Program Delivery Lead) roles.
Proficiency in SAFe, Agile, and Scrum Master frameworks and practices.
Experience in vendor coordination and executive-level communication.
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Experienced Agile practitioner with proven track record enabling Agile maturity at account level through coaching and mentoring.
Skilled in program-level delivery leadership coordinating multiple Agile teams and initiatives.
Capable of designing and executing Agile adoption strategy and transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
