Own second-line support for enterprise network infrastructure including troubleshooting and resolving medium complexity incidents within SLA timelines.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot SD-WAN solutions along with Routing & Switching, firewall environments, and wireless solutions.
Collaborate with multiple teams to monitor networks, escalate issues appropriately, contribute to change management, conduct trend analysis for automation, and support disaster recovery as needed.
Minimum 5 years overall networking experience with at least 3+ years relevant experience in SD-WAN.
Hands-on experience with HPE SD-WAN (Silver Peak), FortiGate Firewall or Palo Alto Firewall, Routing & Switching, and Aruba Wireless Solutions.
CCNA trained; strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, BGP, OSPF, STP, and network security concepts.
Willingness to work onsite from Mangalore office and in rotational shifts.
Experienced network engineer familiar with SD-WAN implementations especially HPE Silver Peak and firewall technologies (FortiGate or Palo Alto).
Able to handle operational support and incident management autonomously in fast-paced environments with client-facing interactions.
Comfortable working onsite in a rotational shift model, with good stakeholder management and communication skills.
