Own sprint execution, release management, backlog refinement, and resolution of project impediments and risks.
Maintain Agile metrics, project reports, and conduct continuous improvement and Agile coaching for teams.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of overall IT experience with 3-5 years in technology projects (Infrastructure, Industrial Automation, or Transportation preferred).
Minimum 2 years of Scrum Master experience with strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile methodologies, and SDLC.
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
On-site work mode at Noida, 5 days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex, multi-team technology projects involving multiple stakeholders and engineering teams.
Experienced Scrum Master with coaching skills and ability to drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Hands-on with Agile metrics, sprint planning, backlog management and facilitating Agile ceremonies especially in Infrastructure or engineering-driven projects.
