Provide day-to-day operations support including record/documentation management, account maintenance, and imaging in coordination with Operations - Core Team.
Resolve customer inquiries and supervise escalated issues ensuring compliance with laws and regulations related to disputes and telesales.

2-4 years of relevant experience in US Banking, Credit Dispute Operations, Credit Bureau, Fraud Process, or related areas.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comprehensive knowledge of Dispute process.
Ability to work unsupervised and strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
Experienced in US banking operations or collections environment, specifically credit dispute, credit bureau or fraud operations.
Capable of handling escalated customer issues within strict regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
Comfortable working with US customers during North America (NAM) business hours and coordinating across multiple stakeholders including operations staff, relationship managers, and project managers.
