About This Role

Develop and maintain Java/J2EE applications following project requirements with a focus on performance.

Collaborate with stakeholders by raising and resolving issues and regularly seek peer or senior developer code reviews.

Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance overall team capability.

Minimum Requirements

4 to 7 years of professional experience in Java/J2EE technologies.

Any degree qualification.

Hands-on experience with at least one MVC framework such as Spring or Struts.

Experience with Eclipse or NetBeans IDE, database and/or ORM frameworks (Hibernate), agile methodology, and at least one SCM tool plus automated unit testing.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong grasp of OOPS concepts along with knowledge of design patterns and principles.

Proficient in data structures and algorithms.

Experience with CI/CD platforms is preferred to support continuous integration and deployment workflows.
