Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure software applications and services that support global customer learning experiences.
Maintain and optimize SQL Server database schemas and develop integrations between Learning Management Systems and other UKG systems.
Provide level 2 troubleshooting and support for learning systems, participate in code reviews, and produce technical documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
2–4 years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server; experience with REST API integration and version control tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps).
Understanding of secure coding practices and basic cloud concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams on software applications supporting customer-facing platforms.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), or Salesforce integrations is a plus.
Operates effectively in troubleshooting production environments and values continuous learning with use of AI-powered tools for productivity enhancement.
