Senior Project Manager, Professional Services

Lead and manage complex, customer-facing implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Serve as primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and managing escalations.

Coach and mentor onboarding team members, provide project management guidance, delegate project work, and incorporate AI tools to enhance project delivery efficiency.

5+ years of hands-on project management experience managing complex customer-facing technology implementations.

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects including scope, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and change control.

Intermediate to advanced hands-on experience using AI tools in daily professional workflows.

Direct aviation, aviation software, MRO, or related technical industry experience is strongly preferred.

Experienced in leading end-to-end technology implementation projects within professional services or onboarding environments, especially in aviation-related industries.

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively as a senior individual contributor, leading through expertise and judgment rather than formal authority.

Skilled at coaching and mentoring project managers or onboarding teams to improve project management standards and delivery efficiency.
