Own end-to-end plant logistics operations including raw material receipt, production issuance, inventory accuracy, finished goods dispatch in various channels, and export order execution.
Manage all warehouse and stores operations including third-party logistics (3P) warehouses, safety enforcement, equipment and manpower planning, and compliance with Quality Management System (QMS).
Coordinate between production, sales supply, 3P, and transporters to ensure timely and accurate material movement and optimal inventory levels to support uninterrupted plant operations and meet customer On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery targets.
Postgraduate degree in Commerce or equivalent.
At least 10 years of experience in FMCG industry with exposure to commercial or warehouse department operations.
Experience in managing large-scale warehouse operations with SKU count near 1000 and warehouse space over 1.6 Lac Sqft.
Preferred or desirable qualifications include Diploma in Material Management or Diploma in Export and Import Management.
Experienced leader capable of integrating plant operations with logistics under Factory and Country Supply Chain Leadership teams to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency.
Strong expertise in inventory control, warehouse management, QMS compliance, and safety systems in large FMCG manufacturing setups.
Strategic planner with proven ability to manage complex stakeholder coordination across production, sales, third-party logistics, and export functions to achieve customer service levels and minimize risks.
