Plan and coordinate internal IT-related projects including network, server, software implementations, upgrades, and PC deployments from initiation to delivery.
Monitor and update project plans, schedules, expenditures, and provide weekly status and action item updates to teams and stakeholders.
Identify project issues, coordinate solutions or escalate as needed, support ticketing system monitoring, and assist with process improvement initiatives.
Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and ticketing/project management systems.
Ability to work both remotely and in office with flexible hours; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experienced in coordinating moderate complexity IT projects involving network, server, or software technologies in technology-driven environments.

Comfortable collaborating across regional teams, attending stakeholder meetings, and assisting project managers with data analysis and actionable insights.
