Drive and program manage Operational Excellence (OE) special foundational and thematic projects across multiple manufacturing sites aligned with the OE framework and long-range plan.

Minimum Requirements
6 to 10 years experience in Operational Excellence at manufacturing locations, corporate, or consulting firms with exposure to Lean production systems and related methodologies.
M.Tech or B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or M.Pharm.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory; certifications in Work Cell Operation Management (WCOM), TPM, Manufacturing Excellence or Business Excellence desirable.
