Lead and coordinate project activities, client engagements, proposals, and provide guidance to junior team members, integrating AI tools in cybersecurity workflows.
Minimum Requirements
5–10 years of experience in OT, ICS, industrial cybersecurity, or related fields with practical industrial/manufacturing exposure.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field; Master's is a plus.
Experience with OT cybersecurity platforms (e.g., Claroty, Nozomi, Dragos) and standards such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, ISO 27001.
Willingness to travel as per client requirements; work locations include Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, or Chennai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading OT cybersecurity workstreams including risk assessments, solution design, and team coordination.
Familiar with applying AI and agentic AI tools responsibly to accelerate OT cybersecurity tasks.
Strong client-facing and communication skills with ability to present findings to executive and plant-level stakeholders.
