Produce operational and financial reports to provide spend visibility and support vendor and executive oversight.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience in procurement, operations, or business administration, ideally in technology/infrastructure/data centers.
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP for purchase order creation and goods receipt processing.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field.
Experience administering or supporting a DCIM platform such as Nlyte, Sunbird, or Device42.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in purchase-to-pay processes with ability to manage exceptions and maintain audit trails.
Comfortable collaborating across functions including engineering, finance, legal, and vendor management in a global data center environment.
Skilled in data management and operational reporting using Excel and Office 365 tools to support business decisions.
