Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Fashion Mall at Keystone

Manage inventory processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrinkage during peak retail periods.

Support key store operations such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and visual merchandising.

Ensure exceptional guest experience and operational excellence contributing to store goals and customer loyalty.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing sales and operational role.

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and standing for entire shifts.

Available to work part-time up to 20 hours per week during peak holiday season including Black Friday through January 22nd.

Work Experience Required: 1+ years in client-centric, sales and operational environment.

Comfortable working dynamically on the store floor and in stockroom areas, managing multiple operational priorities.

Experienced in handling inventory accuracy issues and supporting store managers with process improvements.

Aligned with delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a high-performing retail team environment.
