iLO Firmware Validation and Automation Engineer

Develop and automate test plans for iLO firmware and system-level solutions across multiple platforms.

Perform hands-on qualification and validation of iLO products ensuring robust firmware performance.

Lead technical initiatives by collaborating with QE teams and outsourced partners through all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics, or related field.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in firmware validation, automation, or related areas.

Proficient in Python scripting, test automation development, and experienced with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.

Familiarity with server management technologies, firmware architecture, Redfish APIs; experience in security testing and assembling server hardware is highly desirable.

Demonstrates technical leadership with experience driving software validation projects in cross-functional teams.

Experienced in leveraging AI tools and automation frameworks for accelerating test development and execution.

Strong background in server hardware configuration and firmware/system-level validation within Agile SDLC environments.
