About This Role

Develop and innovate a 10+ year-old C#/.NET automation framework supporting Zerto's disaster recovery products within a Scrum agile QA Automation team.

Design, develop, and scale AI/Copilot-based automation infrastructures and solutions to increase productivity in CI workflows.

Lead debugging, test automation, bug reporting, and mentor QA engineers and developers to enhance automation coverage and product quality.

Minimum Requirements

7-12 years of C# development experience in automation with strong OOP design and implementation skills.

B.E or B.Tech degree in Computer Science.

Proven knowledge and experience with AI tools and terminology, specifically Copilot.

Work location is hybrid with an average of 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced automation engineer with deep expertise in evolving and maintaining large-scale C#/.NET testing frameworks and CI/CD automation, indicating ability to improve legacy systems.

Practitioner familiar with AI tool integration into automation, able to lead AI-driven productivity improvements and scale AI adoption.

Effective mentor and collaborator within agile Scrum teams, working cross-functionally with QA, R&D, and software developers on complex product features.
